Beginning in year three, your warranty coverage continues through our trusted partner, Quality Builders Warranty (QBW). Backed by Liberty Mutual, QBW provides industry-leading structural warranty protection through year ten, giving you the assurance that your investment is protected for years to come.

Your warranty evolves over time. Here's what you can expect during each phase of coverage.

Year 1

Backed by Kendrick

During your first year, our team is your first call for warranty related concerns. We'll work directly with you to address covered items and ensure your new home performs as intended. Typical coverage includes:

Year 2

Continued Support

Our commitment continues through your second year. Our team remains your primary point of contact while additional building systems continue to be covered. Year 2 includes:

  • Wiring fails to carry specified electrical load

Years 3-10

Long-Term Structural Protection
