Pre-Construction
This phase lays the foundation for a successful build. We collaborate closely with you, the architect, and our design team to refine plans, finalize selections, and align every detail with your vision, lifestyle, and budget. Pricing, scope, and timelines are carefully reviewed to ensure clarity and confidence before construction begins. Our goal is to eliminate uncertainty and create a well-defined roadmap for your home.
Time to go shopping! This is also the time we will work on picking out most of our selections. Our team of interior designers will meet with you to pick out all interior and exterior finishes to include lighting and plumbing fixtures, tile, floors, cabinets and countertops from the areas best selection of quality and service.

Pre-Construction Team Meeting
Before breaking ground, our entire project team comes together for a comprehensive preconstruction meeting. This ensures everyone—from leadership to project management, trade partners and most importantly our clients—are fully aligned on plans, schedules, logistics, and expectations. By establishing clear communication and accountability early, we set the stage for an organized, efficient, and seamless construction process.

Team Site Walkthroughs
Throughout construction, we conduct scheduled team walkthroughs with our clients to review progress, address details, and maintain the highest standards of quality. These walkthroughs allow us to proactively manage craftsmanship, sequencing, and design intent while keeping you informed every step of the way.

Finish
As construction concludes, our team manages all final logistics to ensure a seamless transition into your new home. This stage includes coordinating final inspections, confirming completion of scope items, and preparing the home for occupancy. Every detail is addressed so move-in feels organized, effortless, and on schedule.

Home Orientation
After construction has completed, we conduct a personalized home orientation focused on long-term comfort and confidence. We review home systems, maintenance guidance, and warranty information, ensuring you understand how your home operates and how to care for it over time. Our relationship continues beyond this point, with ongoing support and responsive follow-up whenever needed.
Communication
We're Listening
When you have a concern, idea, or need we want to do our best to communicate that with you. We use state-of-the-art construction software that will give all of our clients a personalized portal. This personal site allows you to message the team, follow your schedule, view your building finances, see pictures of progress and more!
Of course, our team is also available by phone, text, or email to communicate.
Project Manager
Your right hand man
Each project we start has a designated project manager. Your project manager will become part of the family by the time you move in. This point of contact will listen to your desires in your custom build and offer suggestions while always working on your behalf in the field, even when you are not around.
Behind the scenes your project manager will handle scheduling sub contractors, ordering materials, and planning the next stages of the build.
Custom Upgrades
Change happens
When you build a custom home, it's never one size fits all. Your custom home will be unique to you, even if the original plan didn't have it that way.
All changes our clients make to the original contract are documented and completed by Kendrick Construction. Our team makes sure to communicate these changes with all parties to ensure those change requests are clear and we deliver on them precisely and correctly.
