Welcome To Oldfield

At Oldfield, those who own a home have found a place where community is much more than just a house. There are a lot of fun and interesting things for members to do and share with each other. You can enjoy a boat trip to Beaufort or Savannah on a lazy Sunday afternoon, read a book at the River House, go to the Old Town Bluffton farmer's market, go dolphin-watching, help out at a local charity, or go on a nature walk with our resident naturalist.

Oldfield Okatie SC

Oldfield combines genuine Lowcountry and plantation-style living with a selection of luxurious facilities tailored to the active lifestyle.

Oldfield is located on the banks of the Okatie River and features spectacular vistas and homesites with views of the river and surrounding tidal marsh, wildlife preserves, lakes, ponds, and woodlands.

Construction of low country-style houses fits wonderfully with this gentle terrain, which is meant to stimulate a slower pace of living. Deep porches provide for calm contemplation or time spent with friends and family.

Located In The Heart Of The Lowcountry

The Oldfield community offers a club lifestyle in the heart of beautiful South Carolina. The 860-acre gated property is built along Greg Norman Certified Audubon golf course, nature trails and salt water marsh with access to pristine waterways that flow into Okatie River right next door!

The Outfitters Center's community docks are a popular destination for people who enjoy boating, kayaking and fishing. Tidal marshland provides an opportunity to explore nature while Spanish moss drapes Live oaks along the riverside giving visitors shade from hot summer suns or inclement weather that can change quickly in South Carolina .

The unique style of Southern living is captured in the Lowcountry's traditional cottages. Each home was built to blend with its surroundings, and homeowners can enjoy peace and quiet near historic towns like Hilton Head Island or Savannah. Searching for Custom home builders near me.
